One Stone Armrests contribution
For our 40 Series LandCruiser, One Stone Armrests donated a full set of armrests with integrated cup holders to fit the old girl. They’re finished in black and look absolutely awesome, instantly lifting the whole feel of the cab and giving it a more finished, modern‑practical vibe.
What seems like a simple change on paper has completely transformed the interior. We now have somewhere comfortable to rest an arm and somewhere sensible to put a drink, which makes a huge difference when you’re spending serious time behind the wheel.
The experience with One Stone Armrests
The story actually starts at the 4WD show in Adelaide, where we caught up with our mate Boe from Outback Clean Up. Boe runs an incredible charity dedicated to cleaning up illegal dumping in the Australian outback, tough work that he throws his whole heart into.
While we were chatting about the 40, the project and how much comfort we’d be losing jumping from a 2022 Troopy into a bare‑bones 40, Boe mentioned One Stone Armrests. He told us that with a simple tweak, 70 Series armrests can work on a 40 Series, and suggested we reach out. We got in touch with Adrian, who immediately confirmed the compatibility and organised a set to be sent out straight away, no fuss, just pure legend behaviour.
